Team work, we all know that is what
keeps any successful company going. Most importantly employee engagement is really what comes to mind. It takes a cohesive and
extremely motivated team to achieve anything from winning a gold
medal in the Olympics to having a successful company.
And a leader of any company has to keep
it all cohesive and know how to be that driving, motivating force .
There seems to be some type of secret or special
power to be able to keep lines of communication going between company
employees but there is now the FISH philosophy which is a system to
demystify this and make it easier for any manager to get results
