An Easy Ricotta & Strawberry Dessert

A way to finish our Moroccan dinner if you have been following the last 2 posts is to put together a simple dessert with strawberries!
A nice dessert would do nicely after a relatively heavy meal. Let’s keep up with the strawberries! Take the following:
450 gr ricotta
100 gr sugar
300 gr strawberries cut into cubes
Mix the ricotta and the sugar with an electric beater. Take several small glasses, put some strawberries in the bottom, cover with the sugar-ricotta mix, and decorate with strawberry pieces!
Invite the family, or friends, or both, and enjoy your wonderful meal!
